Fee Agreement

The fee for an individual session is $125.00, and for a family and couple session, it is $135.00. Sessions normally last 50 minutes to one hour, but an additional fee will be charged for longer sessions. We evaluate each client’s financial situation and, in some cases, offer a sliding-scale rate. Our goal is that everyone who is referred to Dr. Nazempoor gets the help needed. We will work with you.

Fees must be paid prior to services being provided. Credit cards, Checks, or cash may be used for office visits. Credit card payments must be made using the “Online Payment” option on this Website.
