Fee Agreement

Fee for individual session is $125.00. Fee for family and couple session is $135.00 Session normally last 50 minuets to one hour. For longer session additional fee will be charged. We evaluate each client financial situations and in some cases offer sliding scale rate. Our goal is that everyone who is referred to Dr. Nazempoor gets the help needed. We will work with you.

Fees are to be paid prior to services provided. Credit cards Checks or cash may be used as payment for office visits. Credit card payments must be made utilizing the “on line Payment” option on this Website.
